We are pleased to announce that Karen Taillon has been named to the panel of Dispute Resolvers of the American Health Lawyers Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Service, for selection as an arbitrator/mediator in healthcare-related matters and as a hearing officer to administer peer review proceedings. The AHLA Panel is a national panel of trained dispute resolvers with expertise in key areas of healthcare services, is designed to provide an alternative to time-consuming and expensive litigation, and is a step toward creating an ADR practice within Cummins & White.
