Rebecca Stalla

Paralegal Rebecca Stalla joined Cummins & White, LLP in 2000. She has more than 17 years of experience as a paralegal in a variety of areas of law including: class action lawsuits, mass tort litigation, real estate law, judgments and collections in California and Arizona, construction law, business litigation, family law, and general civil litigation. Ms. Stalla is actively involved in all aspects of litigation support, including drafting pleadings and correspondence, attending document reviews, legal research, and dealing with clients, attorneys, experts, court personnel, and administrative agencies. Ms. Stalla has prepared and managed more than 40 trials from case inception to post judgment collections. She is involved in every aspect of trial preparation including compliance of trial rules for each department, deposition summaries, drafting of witness and exhibits lists, preparing trial and exhibit notebooks. Ms. Stalla’s investigation experience includes asset searches, UCC filing searches, locating witnesses, judgment and lien searches, civil and criminal background checks for prospective employees, attending site inspections and searching for and obtaining relevant public records.
