Attorney Eric Willens Joins Cummins & White

Cummins & White, LLP, a well-known diversified, full-service business and insurance law practice, announce that Eric Willens has joined the firm’s transactional practice group as an associate.

Prior to joining Cummins & White, Willens was general counsel for Emerald Ocean Capital GP, and the founder and managing attorney of Eric M. Willens, APLC. Willens has extensive experience with providing counsel on all aspects of corporate and securities law, including entity formation, contract negotiation and drafting, equity and debt offerings, corporate governance and compliance, federal and state securities compliance, protection of IP and significant business assets, and sales of businesses and M&A.

Willens has worked with a variety of clients, including Care Ambulance, OneWest Bank, Orion Capital, Shot Spirits Corporation and Victory Energy Corporation.  He is a member of the California State Bar and Association of Corporate Growth. He earned his law degree from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific, and his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of the Pacific.
