Paralegal Supervisor adixon@cwlawyers.com Anna Dixon joined Cummins & White, LLP in 1986 and became paralegal supervisor in 1987. She has more than twenty-five years of experience as a paralegal with a wide range of experience in first and third party insurance coverage, litigation, construction and real estate law, family law, personal injury, criminal, and corporate. Ms. Dixon is involved from case inception to post-judgment collections and appellate practice. She is responsible for all areas of litigation and trial support, including document-intensive complex cases, investigation and background checks, drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings, attending document productions, deposition preparation and legal research. She has extensive trial preparation, including deposition summaries, drafting of trial documents, preparing exhibit and trial notebooks, and coordination of witnesses and experts. Ms. Dixon is also responsible for the supervision, training, and recruitment of the firm’s paralegal staff. Education: Saddleback Community College, ABA approved Legal Assistant Certificate National Association of Legal Assistants, Certified Paralegal (CP) Professional Associations: National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA)
