Cummins & White Attorneys Lead MCLE Panel on Legal and Election Law Developments

On Saturday, March 15, 2025, Cummins & White, LLP attorneys Fred Whitaker (Managing Partner, C&W; former chair, Orange County Republican Party) and Garrett Fahy (Chair, Republican National Lawyers Association (CA)) led a continuing legal education (CLE) panel discussion at the California Republican Party Convention in Sacramento on the legal and election law developments in the first months of the second Trump administration.
