Garrett Fahy is an experienced attorney selected to Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2015-2023. His practice involves advising and representing clients on complex business, employment, and commercial matters and acting as outside general counsel.

Garrett’s litigation practice concentrates primarily on employment and business disputes, intellectual property issues, data breaches, corporate governance, and unfair competition. He also has significant experience with products liability, and has represented international clients in class actions and multi-district litigation.

Outside litigation, he counsels clients on employment issues, IP assets/rights, entity formation, commercial contracts, due diligence and financial transactions, new product/service offerings, and legal compliance.

In the election law context, Garrett regularly represents political candidates, campaigns, elected officials, and political organizations in state and federal elections, and he has represented initiative and referenda proponents before California courts in disputes over ballot measures.  Also, Garrett was appointed by the former Orange County Registrar of Voters (ROV), Neal Kelley, to the OC ROV’s Community Election Working Group.
