Garrett Fahy is a Partner at Cummins & White, LLP and a business advisor whose practice spans complex business litigation, employment disputes, intellectual property, privacy and data security, unfair competition, and election law.
Recognized by Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2015 through 2023, Garrett represents businesses, executives, political organizations, and entrepreneurs in high-stakes disputes and strategic counseling matters. In addition to litigation, he regularly serves as outside general counsel to companies navigating employment compliance, corporate governance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, privacy, data security, and emerging technology-related risks.
Garrett’s litigation practice focuses on business and employment disputes, intellectual property matters, data breaches, corporate governance issues, unfair competition claims, and complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts as well as arbitration proceedings. He has represented clients in class actions, multi-district litigation, and other high-stakes matters throughout the country.
Garrett also maintains a prominent election law practice, representing political candidates, campaigns, elected officials, ballot measure proponents, and political organizations in state and federal election matters. He serves as California Chair of the Republican National Lawyers Association and was appointed to the Orange County Registrar of Voters’ Community Election Working Group, which advises on election administration issues.
