He represents insurance carriers, private companies and individuals alike. He has argued before the Louisiana Court of Appeals. While based in California, Mr. Price’s practice is national, and occasionally international. He has investigated and litigated matters in 20 of the United States and Mexico. He understands that the business of insurance crosses all geographic barriers, and so does an effective litigation practice.  Mr. Price leads the national subrogation committee for the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance.
