Garrett Fahy Quoted by California Post on California Election Law
Cummins & White Partner Garrett Fahy was recently quoted by California Post, a publication of the New York Post, in an article examining voter registration practices in Los Angeles.
Drawing on his experience in election law, Garrett provided context on California’s voter registration framework and the responsibilities of local election officials.
“This is the system that our representatives have given to us,” Garrett explained. “If you don’t like our system, don’t yell at your local elections official. Go yell at Sacramento and go yell at the Secretary of State because those are the people who determine the laws that we have.”
Garrett’s contribution reflects the informed, practical perspective he brings to complex legal matters and issues of public importance.
