We are currently hiring for two attorney positions:
General Litigation Attorney
Our growing litigation practice is seeking an attorney with five to ten years of California litigation experience who is comfortable working across a broad range of matters and handling litigation from start to finish.
The attorney will have the opportunity to work on matters involving:
- Business and commercial disputes
- Real estate
- Intellectual property, including trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation
- Personal injury and wrongful death
- Proposition 65
- Consumer actions, including CLRA and UCL matters
- Construction
- Hospitality
- Professional negligence
- Other complex litigation matters
Candidates should have experience handling pleadings, motions, discovery and depositions, as well as exposure to trials and, when applicable, appeals.
Experience: Minimum five years of California litigation experience
Location: Newport Beach, California; in-office Monday through Friday
Base Compensation: $165,000–$210,000 annually, depending on experience, before potential performance, hourly or origination bonuses
California State Bar Membership: Required
Insurance Coverage Attorney
Our Insurance Coverage practice is seeking a skilled attorney with four to eight-plus years of experience to join our growing team.
The position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated insurance coverage matters in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting insurance policies, providing coverage opinions and legal advice to insurer clients, and handling insurance coverage litigation.
Candidates should have strong analytical, research and writing skills and experience with insurance coverage and/or insurance defense litigation. Experience involving commercial general liability, professional liability and/or property coverage issues is preferred.
Experience: Four to eight-plus years of insurance coverage and/or insurance defense litigation experience
Location: Newport Beach, California
Base Compensation: $165,000–$205,000 annually, depending on experience
California State Bar Membership: Required
