Integration of skills & expertise will better serve clients as real estate market continues upswing
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…Jan. 15, 2013…NEWPORT BEACH, CALIF….Cummins & White, LLP, a well-known full-service business and insurance law practice, today announced the formation of a real estate practice group to serve its corporate and real estate clients.
The group, which consists of nine partners and associates, will focus on acquisitions and dispositions, development and construction, financing and investments, leasing and property management, and litigation. The team also will be active in more specialized areas, including environmental and land use issues, zoning, and health care, and will continue to administer the firm’s real estate agent/broker legal support program.

Dan Wildish, a partner with more than 31 years of experience in real estate law, will lead the real estate practice group. Wildish’s practice focuses on all major areas of real estate litigation, contract law, tort, construction litigation, defense, environmental litigation, title insurance, escrow law, and boundary disputes. He has considerable experience working with real estate developers, brokers, and agents, as well as escrow and title companies, community groups, homeowner associations, and contractors.
