Wendy Hsu joined Cummins & White, LLP in 2022.  She currently practices in the real estate and corporate transactions groups.

Prior to joining Cummins & White, LLP, Ms. Hsu served as in-house counsel to corporate clients in a variety of industries, ranging from warehousing and logistics, to software and technology, to consumer goods.  In addition, Ms. Hsu served as an attorney in the mergers and acquisitions group in a law firm specializing in real estate transactions involving senior living homes.

Ms. Hsu has demonstrated expertise in advising business clients on real estate transactions that include industrial, office and commercial properties.  In addition to Ms. Hsu’s commercial real estate experience, Ms. Hsu has handled a broad range of corporate and business transactional matters, including entity formation, financing, marketing, asset licensing, vendor, customer, independent contractor, service and management agreements.

Ms. Hsu brings both legal expertise and business practicality to the legal matters she handles, and is keenly focused on achieving business objectives, resolving issues, and completing transactions efficiently and effectively on behalf of her clients.
