Mr. Reinhard joined Cummins & White, LLP in 2019. Mr. Reinhard practices in the area of business transactions.
Mr. Reinhard focuses on assisting with a myriad of business deals, as well as helping to expand the firm’s practice in Washington State.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reinhard worked as a legal intern for the Ashby Law Group and PPA Law Group, where he advised on entity formation, contracts, employment agreements, and purchase and sale agreements. His responsibilities included drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with real estate and other transactions and corporate law matters.

A member of the Washington State Bar, Mr. Reinhard received his J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law, where he was a Presidential Scholarship Awardee, the highest academic scholarship given to an incoming law student. He also served as President of the Seattle University Chapter of the Federalist Society, participated in the University of Washington Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, and served as an Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy.
