Thomas Reinhard is a Senior Associate at Cummins & White, LLP. His practice focuses on corporate and business transactions, real estate transactions, and general business matters. He assists businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and property owners with a broad range of transactional and corporate legal needs.
Thomas works closely with clients on entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, purchase and sale transactions, commercial agreements, and real estate matters. He also supports complex business transactions and mergers and acquisitions, helping clients navigate legal issues throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Prior to joining Cummins & White, Thomas gained experience advising businesses on entity formation, employment agreements, contract matters, and business acquisitions. His transactional background provides him with a practical understanding of the legal and business considerations that impact growing companies and entrepreneurs.
Licensed in Washington State, Thomas also plays a role in supporting the firm’s relationships and business development efforts in the Pacific Northwest. He earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, where he received the prestigious Presidential Scholarship, served as President of the Federalist Society chapter, participated in the University of Washington Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, and served as an editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.
