Experience
Robert (“Bob”) Lamm is a Senior Partner at Cummins & White, LLP and a third-generation estate planning attorney who advises individuals, families, business owners, and family offices on estate planning, wealth preservation, trust administration, and business succession matters.
For more than two decades, Bob has helped clients navigate one of the most important questions they face: how to successfully transfer wealth, businesses, and real estate assets to the next generation. He works closely with business owners, investors, and families to develop strategies that preserve assets, minimize tax exposure, and create smooth transitions for future generations.
His practice includes the preparation of revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and sophisticated wealth-transfer structures tailored to each client’s unique goals. Bob regularly advises clients whose wealth includes closely held businesses, commercial real estate, family investment properties, and other significant assets requiring careful succession and ownership planning.
In addition to estate planning, Bob works closely with trustees, beneficiaries, family offices, accountants, and financial advisors on trust administration, probate proceedings, estate settlement matters, fiduciary responsibilities, and trust and estate disputes. His practical, solutions-oriented approach helps families navigate complex legal and financial issues with confidence.
Bob’s combination of estate planning, tax planning, trust administration, and business succession experience allows him to provide comprehensive counsel to clients seeking to protect both their personal and business legacies.
