Lauren N. Horgan is an Associate at Cummins & White, LLP. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, trademark disputes, copyright matters, business litigation, and complex civil litigation. She represents businesses, entrepreneurs, and intellectual property owners in state and federal courts, as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
Lauren advises clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including trademark infringement, copyright disputes, unfair competition claims, brand protection strategies, and intellectual property enforcement. Her litigation experience spans all phases of dispute resolution, from pre-litigation strategy and negotiations through discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeal.
In addition to her intellectual property practice, Lauren represents clients in business and commercial disputes involving contracts, business relationships, and other complex civil litigation matters. She is known for her thoughtful advocacy, attention to detail, and practical approach to helping clients protect valuable intellectual property assets and business interests.
Lauren is an active member of the intellectual property legal community and regularly participates in professional organizations focused on trademark, copyright, and technology law. She has also spoken on intellectual property topics for entrepreneurs, startups, and business organizations, helping companies better understand and protect their intellectual property rights.
