Kay’s practice at Cummins & White focuses on insurance coverage and business litigation. She helps clients navigate sophisticated commercial matters and manage disputes with significant legal and business implications.
Prior to joining Cummins & White, Kay represented national banks, secured lenders and financial services companies in litigation involving mortgage banking and loan servicing disputes. Her work in the highly regulated financial services industry has given her extensive experience managing complex litigation, evaluating risk and developing strategies that account for both the immediate legal issues and the broader impact on a client’s business.
