Justin has experience handling a broad range of litigation matters, including real property disputes, intellectual property claims, commercial litigation, and post-judgment enforcement proceedings. His litigation experience spans all phases of a dispute, from pre-litigation evaluation and strategy through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Before joining Cummins & White, Justin practiced in Florida, where he developed significant experience in real property litigation and civil litigation matters. His background includes serving as a judicial law clerk and representing clients in matters involving real estate, intellectual property, and judgment enforcement. This diverse experience provides him with a practical understanding of both litigation strategy and dispute resolution.
Originally from Southern California, Justin returned to California after practicing in Florida and now assists clients throughout a wide range of commercial and property-related disputes. He is admitted to practice in both California and Florida and before multiple federal district courts.
