Experience
Joshua Park is a Senior Associate at Cummins & White, LLP. His practice focuses on labor and employment law, employment litigation, and workplace compliance counseling. He represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, class actions, and claims brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Since being admitted to the California Bar in 2014, Joshua has concentrated his practice on helping employers navigate California’s increasingly complex employment laws. He regularly advises businesses on workplace policies, employee relations, risk management, compliance issues, and litigation strategy, helping clients proactively address legal challenges before they become disputes.
Joshua has extensive experience defending employers in matters involving the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), California Labor Code claims, wage-and-hour litigation, representative PAGA actions, and other employment-related disputes. His practical understanding of employment risk and litigation exposure allows him to provide strategic guidance tailored to each client’s business objectives.
Before joining Cummins & White, Joshua developed a strong foundation in employment law through both litigation and counseling roles. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and his Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where he served as Senior Articles Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal and received multiple academic honors for his work in the Hastings Civil Justice Clinic.
Fluent in Korean, Joshua works with clients from diverse backgrounds and is an active member of the Orange County Asian American Bar Association.
