Joshua Park joined Cummins & White, LLP in 2023.  Since being admitted to the California Bar in 2014, Mr. Park has focused his legal career on employment law, specifically, litigating employment cases involving California Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”), California Labor Code (individual and class action), and California Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”) claims.  Through his extensive employment litigation background, Mr. Park has developed and honed his skills in recognizing risk, liability and exposure and regularly provides guidance to businesses on their employment compliance and litigation matters.
Mr. Park received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).  While in law school, Mr. Park served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal and was awarded with both the Outstanding Performance and CALI-Excellence for the Future Awards for his work with the Hastings Civil Justice Clinic, where he worked closely with then Clinical Professor of Law and now the Honorable Eumi K. Lee of the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda.
