Eric M. Khodadian is a Partner and trial attorney at Cummins & White, LLP who represents businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals, and individuals in complex litigation and business disputes. His practice encompasses commercial litigation, real estate disputes, insurance matters, trade secret and intellectual property litigation, professional liability claims, construction disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, defamation matters, and high-exposure personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Known for his strategic approach to litigation and trial advocacy, Eric has successfully represented clients ranging from individuals and closely held businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his career, he has recovered millions of dollars through settlements, judgments, and trial verdicts while also securing favorable outcomes in high-stakes defense matters.
Prior to joining Cummins & White, Eric began his legal career with the California Attorney General’s Office, where he worked on antitrust and business fraud investigations. He later trained at two of the nation’s largest law firms, gaining experience handling complex commercial litigation and high-exposure disputes.
In addition to his litigation practice, Eric serves as a trusted advisor and outside general counsel to businesses across a variety of industries, helping clients navigate legal challenges, manage risk, and achieve their business objectives.
Eric earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of an honors law journal.
