Dalia Wahab is an Associate at Cummins & White, LLP. Her practice focuses on business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, real estate transactions, and outside general counsel services. She advises businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, helping clients navigate legal challenges while supporting their long-term business objectives.

Drawing on her experience as both outside counsel and former in-house general counsel, Dalia provides practical, business-oriented advice on corporate governance, business transactions, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, real estate matters, risk management, and day-to-day operational issues. Clients value her ability to align legal strategy with business goals and deliver solutions that are both effective and practical.

Prior to joining Cummins & White, Dalia served as General Counsel in the real estate development and construction industry, where she managed a broad range of transactional and litigation matters. That experience provided her with a unique perspective on the legal and operational challenges businesses face and continues to inform her approach to client service today.

Dalia began her legal career with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where she served as a Deputy District Attorney and conducted more than twenty jury trials. She later served as one of California’s two Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors, training prosecutors and law enforcement personnel throughout the state on the investigation and prosecution of drug-impaired driving cases.

Her diverse legal background in litigation, business operations, and corporate transactions allows her to provide strategic counsel that helps clients manage risk, seize opportunities, and achieve their business objectives.
