Ashley serves as outside general counsel to companies across a variety of industries, including technology, fuel and convenience retail, food and beverage, healthcare, real estate, and professional services. She works closely with business owners, executives, and investors to structure and negotiate transactions, prepare corporate governance documents, navigate private offerings, and address the legal and operational challenges that arise throughout the business lifecycle. Her practice also includes advising clients on trademark protection and related intellectual property matters as part of their broader business strategy.
Prior to joining Cummins & White, Ashley assisted businesses and business owners with both day-to-day legal needs and transformative transactions, including private offerings, mergers, and acquisitions. Her experience spans every stage of the business lifecycle, from entity formation and governance to strategic growth initiatives and ownership transitions.

She has represented clients in transactions involving hundreds of millions of dollars in assets while also serving as a trusted advisor on the governance and operational matters critical to long-term success.
