Ms. Kawar practices in the areas of insurance coverage, insurance litigation, and insurance defense. Ms. Kawar represents insurance companies on first and third party matters relating to a variety of claims. Ms. Kawar also handles all aspects of litigation relating to business disputes and various types of insurance defense, including professional liability and premises liability.  Prior to joining Cummins & White, Ms. Kawar represented insurance companies in declaratory relief and bad faith actions involving multi-million dollar coverage disputes.
