Mr. Park joined Cummins & White, LLP in 2021. His practice focuses on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Mr. Park uses his past experience as an employment litigator to provide businesses with employment documents and counseling and advice regarding labor and employment issues.
Prior to joining Cummins & White, LLP, Mr. Park worked at a boutique law firm where he mainly handled cross-border matters for international businesses.
Mr. Park reads, writes, and speaks Korean fluently.
