Paralegals

Paralegals are an integral part of the Cummins & White legal team. The Cummins & White paralegals assist lawyers in preparing for closings, hearings, trials, and corporate meetings.

Similar to our lawyers, Cummins & White paralegals specialize in various types of law, including commercial litigation, corporate law, insurance defense, criminal law, employment and labor law, construction law, and real estate.

Our paralegals have worked with the same attorneys at Cummins & White for 10 to 25 years, giving them a thorough understanding of each practice and a keen insight into the application of California or federal law on various industries. We rely on our paralegals for their thoughtful contribution to each case.
