Daniel Hitzfield joined Cummins & White, LLP in 2025. He practices in the areas of Real Estate, Finance, and Corporate Transactions​. He counsels entities and individuals on the balance between business goals and legal liabilities in commercial real estate and corporate transactions, with a focus on practical resolution between the two priorities. In addition to Mr. Hitzfield’s experience in such transactions, he has experience with a range of service and financing agreements, including master service agreements, licensing, various forms of loans, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Cummins & White, LLP, Mr. Hitzfield served since 2021 as an attorney in a law firm specializing in real estate transactions and corporate governance involving retail shopping centers, and industrial and office parks.

Mr. Hitzfield earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of the Pacific, his Master of Business degree from Concordia University, Irvine, and his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
