Dalia Wahab is a dynamic attorney with extensive experience in corporate transactional matters, as well as civil and criminal litigation. At Cummins & White, LLP, Dalia specializes in business and corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and serves as outside general counsel on various matters.

Prior to joining Cummins & White, LLP, Dalia served as general counsel in the real estate development and construction sector. In this role, she managed a wide array of transactional and litigation matters, gaining invaluable insight into the relationship between business and the law. Her pragmatic approach ensures that legal advice aligns with her clients’ business goals, providing comprehensive and strategic counsel to her clients.

Dalia’s legal career began at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where she excelled as a Deputy District Attorney. She independently conducted over twenty jury trials and regularly argued motions against skilled defense attorneys. Her notable achievements include serving as one of California’s two Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors, where she was responsible for training law enforcement and prosecutors on the investigation and prosecution of driving under the influence of drug cases.

Dalia received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Los Angeles and her Juris Doctorate at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
