Mr. Weis serves his clients in all areas of real estate and corporate transactions.  He specializes in corporate and partnership tax structuring, land use, regulatory compliance, and tax compliance as it relates to M&A.

Driven by the desire to better serve his corporate clients and advance his understanding of tax law, he achieved an advanced law degree, LL.M. in taxation from Boston University, School of Law, a top 5 program.

Mr. Weis’ clients include healthcare providers, tech startups, real estate developers, and small to medium-sized business owners.
