Real Estate Finance
Cummins & White’s attorneys represent borrowers in all types of mortgage and secured lending transactions, including construction and permanent financing, revolving and term financing, mezzanine financing, leasing and other forms of off-balance sheet financing. We also coordinate all necessary environmental, survey and title work, necessary to ensure that lenders will close on time.

We utilize our broad experience in the secured financing arena to develop comprehensive documents to facilitate loan restructurings and loan workouts.
