YUWEN CHANG

Yuwen Chang joined Cummins & White, LLP in 2006. Ms. Chang's practice focuses on business transactions, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, executive compensation, employment, technology licensing transactions, and general corporate governance.

Ms. Chang is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of New Jersey. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Asian American Bar Association. She is also a New Jersey Supreme Court certified Mediator. Ms. Chang's prior experience includes a judicial clerkship for the criminal division of the New Jersey Superior Court in Passaic County, New Jersey, as well as working as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office in New Jersey.

Ms. Chang received her B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from the University of California at Los Angeles (1996). She earned a J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Newark (2001), where she was a Projects Editor of the Women's Rights Law Reporter.

Ms. Chang was born in Taiwan. Ms. Chang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. She and her family currently reside in San Juan Capistrano, California.
