SIOBHAN M. BISHOP

Siobhan M. Bishop joined Cummins & White, LLP as an associate in 2000 and was elected as a partner in 2008. Ms. Bishop’s practice focuses primarily on complex litigation and insurance coverage, with emphasis on the defense of first party insurance "bad faith" litigation. She also handles general business litigation.

Ms. Bishop is a member of the State Bar of California. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.

Ms. Bishop received her B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from Kalamazoo College, Michigan (1993). She earned a J.D. summa cum laude from Whittier Law School (1998), where she was a member of the Law Review, the Women’s Law Association, and the Center for Children’s Rights. From 1998-2000, Ms. Bishop acted as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Norwalk Superior Court in Norwalk, California.

Ms. Bishop was born in San Francisco, California. She and her husband reside in Aliso Viejo, California.
