LYNN LEE
Lynn Lee joined Cummins & White, LLP in 2007. Ms. Lee's practice focuses on real estate transactions, business planning, immigration law and domestic trademark acquisition. She assists clients on real property acquisition, development, financing, and business entity selection and formation.
Ms. Lee is a member of the State Bar of California. She is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. She is certified as a mediator at the Los Angeles Superior Court. Ms. Lee's prior experience includes estate planning, trust and probate administration, and elder law.
Ms. Lee received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles (2002), where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the UCLA Provost's Honors List, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She earned a J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law (2005), where she served as Editor of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal. During law school, Ms. Lee externed at the California Court of Appeals and the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office.
Ms. Lee was born in Hong Kong and is conversational in Cantonese and Mandarin. She and her husband currently reside in Irvine, California.
