JENNIFER
L. RAMSDEN
Jennifer L. Ramsden joined Cummins & White, LLP as an associate in 2001 and became partner in 2005. Ms. Ramsden's practice focuses primarily on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on business litigation, real estate disputes, professional liability and insurance defense and coverage.
Ms. Ramsden has considerable experience litigating on behalf of clients in a wide variety of business disputes including business torts, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, collections, appropriation of trade secrets, breach of lease and other real estate disputes. She also has experience defending employers in a variety of employment claims including wrongful termination and defamation.
Ms. Ramsden is a member of the State Bar of California. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Central, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of California. Ms. Ramsden is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
Ms. Ramsden received her B.A. in Accounting from California State University Fullerton (1992). She earned a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law (1995). While in law school, Ms. Ramsden worked for the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic in San Diego, California.
Ms. Ramsden was born in Chicago, Illinois. She and her family reside in San Clemente, California.
