CHARLES P. MURAWSKI

Charles P. Murawski joined Cummins & White, LLP as an associate in 2005. Mr. Murawski's practice focuses on 3rd party liability litigation, with emphasis on personal injury defense. He also has experience with insurance coverage and business litigation.

His previous experience includes work in premises liability, products liability, municipality defense, construction defect, medical malpractice, mold exposure and bad faith claims.

Mr. Murawski is a member of the State Bar of California. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association.

Mr. Murawski received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder (1986). Mr. Murawski received his J.D. from Pepperdine University (1990) where he had the opportunity to spend a semester studying abroad in London.

Mr. Murawski was born in Yonkers, New York. He resides in Long Beach, California.
